Y'all need to accommodate the house for tall and short people in the future. Full master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor for people with disabilities and elderly people.

It’s a shame the smaller room has such a small window! Builders should definitely start changing their window choices, we already lack so much sunlight 😢 smaller windows certainly don’t help. On another hand, I think they played well by only having one bath and bigger bedrooms, instead of making 1 bath and 1 unsuit as we seen before, which compromises on both rooms sizes xx

What a great layout for a two bedroom house, especially with windows in both cloakroom and bathroom. Also I’m glad they didn’t try to squeeze in an en-suite - two bedrooms and a cloakroom, bedroom space would definitely take priority for me 👍 Thanks for sharing 😊

Always interesting to see what you can get in other parts of the country. £1 million (or there abouts) even for a good postcode, outside London, is interesting as its very overlooked, the garden is small and the bedrooms are pretty small IMO. I'm always interested to see the 'new build house' prices in 5-10 years. Do property Vlogs not do resales or older renovated home tours?

The garden is amazing for a small home. I'm moving into a small 3 bed in two days, layout is similar, where you walk into a porch and then go straight to the living room and my kitchen diner is a similar size but I think my garden is only half the size of the one in this tour. Very generous for the size house.

Thanks for sharing. Is small, and basic however great for starters and solos. I would definitively put the radiator in the living room in the opposite wall, close the space under the stairs, and put a console with tv, where the radiator is now. I think it would allow me to put more furniture even create 2 different areas, plus the storage. Also, i would not be in the way of the entrance. No matter how much you isolate, there is going to be cross wind between the main entrance and the garden window, great for summer, however not that much in winter. Rooms are in the small side. Not sure if the primary one, is really a master suite. But 3 bedrooms are more important to re/sale, I guess. Thank you. Hopefully this was not too long.

It's a Roborovski hamster house. In Castellón for that price you buy a 300 m2 villa. I am Spanish and I am amazed at how crazy the homes are in the UK.
